On the Softphone, select the Contacts Menu. Click on the Add button - a menu will display three actions:

Add a contact from the voipGATE Community:

Searching for contacts is easy thanks to this search engine. You can find other users if you know their country or e-mail address etc …

Click on search and just add the contact. Return on the contact list to check the result.

Add a personal contact to your Contact List:

Another way to add a person to your contact list, if he or she is not registered in voipGATE is to add a generic contact.

Just enter his/her name, phone numbers and the group name you want to assign (you can change the group later).

Add a group to your Contact List:

You may sort your contacts by creating several Groups in your Contact List.

To add a group just set the name of the new group and click Add.

Return to your Contact List

To go back in you contact list, click on List or Contacts menu.
